New Year, Same Us

BCCP

We enter the New Year with the same Mission. BCCP is built on the fundamental belief that every young individual possesses the potential for higher education. We nurture this belief through our dynamic and adaptable programs, designed to engage youth by harnessing their creativity and drawing from their life experiences. We look forward to another year with supporting our youth!

Honoring Martin Luther King Jr.

We celebrate and honor the rich historical history of Dr. Martin Luther King. Jr.

At BCCP, we will continue to uphold these values by creating safe spaces of empowerment and social and educational equity for our youth. We are so proud to continue to live out our mission every day!

Dock St. School Album 💿

A message from our Dock St. Program Director Sanette:

"We here at Dock St. are coming into the new year with great energy and continued creativity. Before the holiday break, our music club curated their original EP/album. We premiered it on the last day before break during our holiday celebration. Everyone loved it, and students were pleased to hear their original beats and lyrics come together with the wonderful production by our music teaching artist, Jenna. We are now continuing on our album journey for this musical masterpiece, which is titled: "Cryptic Codes." Currently, we are brainstorming the production of a music video for one of the songs featuring most of our students. We are so excited for all that's to come and can't wait to share our progress in future newsletters!
