Olympus Academy - Back with Another year of Confidence Building

We are back with another year and giving a warm welcome to Program Director Jasmine Sanchez, who will be leading programs at Olympus Academy and Watch 👏
🎓 College Workshop
We know that preparing for college is about more than just applications — it involves building confidence, skills, and mindset for success. At Olympus, we have a tailored program for ages 16–24 to explore goals, research college and vocational options, visit campuses, and learn about financial aid.
💼 Job Readiness
Another Pillar at Olympus Academy is helping our students take steps towards their future. Our job readiness program helps students develop skill sets that build their confidence to pursue career opportunities. This year, we are focusing on workshops, résumé building, interview prep, and then putting those skills to the test with internships! We can't wait to share the internships are students scored this year!

📸 Photography
This year at Olympus, students have a chance to use a camera as a tool to tell their stories. With a curriculum built around digital literacy, students will utilize technical aspects of the camera and editing software to express their perspectives.
Watch 21st Century Kick Off
We’re thrilled to launch our After School Program at WATCH High School! This marks a new year in creating safe, engaging, and empowering spaces for students to learn, grow, and connect beyond the classroom. Here is a glimpse of our students at our after-school kick-off.

🏓 Ping Pong Tournament is on the Horizon!
Digital Media at Robeson 🎥
Kicking off our third year with Documentary and Filmmaking Teaching Artist Ms. Jade Sacker, students at Robeson began the season with a fun and creative photo scavenger hunt designed to help them get familiar with camera functions while capturing beautiful images. We’re continually impressed by the talent and creativity that shine through our Robeson students’ work, and we can’t wait to see what amazing projects they’ll create this year! Please also join us in giving a warm welcome to Program Director Blessie Ruelo! 👏
